Frequently Asked Questions
Do you collect payments for organizations?
Kyoraq does not process payments on behalf of organizations. You are responsible for collecting payments directly using your own external payment systems. Payment collection integration is planned for a future platform update.
How is participant count calculated?
We count the total number of unique users registered across all your active events, capped by your plan's total capacity (Events Limit × Participants/Event). The participant limit for one event is not transferable to another.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! Custom domains and branding (e.g., learn.yourbrand.com, organisation logo etc.) are available on the Growth plan and above.
Is there a contract?
No. Kyoraq is pay-as-you-go. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your paid billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately; you receive a prorated credit for unused time, and your billing date resets. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date, provided your usage is within the new plan's limits.
