Securing Your Account
Admins have access to powerful security settings in the Admin Settings -> Security tab.
available Controls
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We strongly recommend enabling this. It requires a code from your email/authenticator app to log in.
- Session Timeout: You can force users to re-login after a set time (e.g., 30 minutes) to prevent unauthorized access on shared computers.
- Password Strength: You can enforce minimum password lengths (e.g., 12 characters) for all your instructors and learners.
Best Practices
- Never share Admin credentials.
- If an instructor leaves your organization, Deactivate their account immediately from the Instructor Management page.
