Using the Form Builder

Kyoraq's Form Builder lets you collect exactly the data you need.

Creating a Form

1. Go to Registration Forms -> Create New Form.
2. Select Event: Choose which event this form is for.
3. Customize Fields:
   • Standard Fields: Name and Email are always required.
   • Custom Fields: Add text inputs (e.g., "LinkedIn Profile"), dropdowns (e.g., "Experience Level"), or checkboxes.
4. Design: Upload a banner image to match your event branding.

Publishing

Once saved, your form is in Draft mode. Click Publish to make it live. You will get two sharing options:

• Direct Link: A hosted page on Kyoraq (e.g., kyoraq.com/register/your-event).
• Embed Code: An iframe snippet to place the form directly on your own WordPress or Wix site.
