    Creating an Event

Every training program in Kyoraq starts as an Event. Whether it is a 2-hour webinar or a 3-month bootcamp, the setup process is the same.

    Step 1: The Basics

Click the "+ Create Event" button on your dashboard. You will need to provide:

    • Event Name: Make it catchy (e.g., "Fullstack Mastery 2025").
    • Event Type: Choose between Online, In-Person, or Hybrid.
    • Dates: Set your Start and End dates. This controls when the content becomes accessible.

    Step 2: Media & Description

    • Thumbnail: Upload a 16:9 image (PNG/JPG). This appears on the registration card.
    • Description: A rich-text area to sell your event. Explain what learners will gain.

Step 3: Conferencing (For Online Events)

If your event is online, you can paste your Meeting Link (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) directly in the setup form. This link will be shared with registered participants securely inside their dashboard.
