    Roles & Permissions

    Kyoraq currently supports three distinct roles.

    1. Organization Admin (Owner)

    • Access: Full access to everything.
    • Key Powers: Can see revenue, manage billing, delete events, and ban users.
    • Limitations: None.

    2. Instructor

    • Access: Limited to their assigned Tracks and Courses.
    • Key Powers: Can upload videos, create quizzes, grade assignments, and message their students.
    • Limitations: Cannot see revenue, cannot see other instructors' courses, cannot change organization settings.

    3. Participant (Learner)

    • Access: Read-only access to content they are enrolled in.
    • Key Powers: Can watch content, take tests, and download certificates.
    • Limitations: Cannot edit any content.

    (Note: We are working on 'Low-Level Admins' who can manage events without seeing financial data. Stay tuned!)
