    Creating Your Organization

    As an Admin, you don't just create a user account; you create an entire Organization. This is your digital headquarters.

    Step 1: The Signup Page

    Navigate to the signup page. You will be asked for a few key details:

    • Organization Name: This is the public name learners will see (e.g., "Acme Academy").
    • Subdomain: This is your unique address on Kyoraq (e.g., acme.kyoraq.com). Tip: Keep this short and memorable!
    • Admin Credentials: Your full name, email, and a secure password.

    Step 2: Immediate Access

    Once you hit "Create Account", the system instantly provisions your environment. You will land directly on the Admin Dashboard.

    What to do first?

    We recommend heading to Settings (bottom left of your sidebar) to upload your logo. This logo will appear on all emails and pages your learners see, making the experience feel like yours, not ours.
