    Data Retention & Cleanup

    To maintain platform performance and manage storage costs, Kyoraq enforces retention policies based on your subscription tier.

    Active Accounts

    As long as your subscription is active, your data is stored indefinitely.

    Inactive/Expired Accounts

    If your account becomes inactive or your subscription expires, the following rules apply:

    • Free Plan: Data is retained for 3 months of inactivity. After this, we may archive or delete your storage to free up space.
    • Starter & Growth Plans: If your subscription expires, we keep your data for 6 months to give you ample time to renew or export your data.
    • Institution & Enterprise: Your data is stored forever (or as defined in your custom SLA), even during temporary lapses.

    Note: We will always send multiple email warnings before deleting any data.
