    The Manual Confirmation Workflow

This is the most common method for organizations collecting payments via Bank Transfer or Invoice.

Step 1: Create a "Paid" Event

When creating your event, set the Ticket Type to Paid and enter your price (e.g., $500).

    Step 2: Collect Payment

Share your bank details with your prospective students via email or your marketing channels. Ask them to send proof of payment.

    Step 3: Grant Access

Once you receive the money, you have two options to add them to Kyoraq:

    Option A: Admin-Led (Recommended)

    1. Go to Participants -> Add Participant.
    2. Enter their Name and Email.
    3. Set Payment Status to Paid.
    4. They will receive a welcome email with a login link.

    Option B: The "Waitlist" Method

    1. Create a public Registration Form.
    2. Users register, but their status defaults to Pending Payment.
    3. When you see their transfer, go to the Participants list.
    4. Click the three dots next to their name -> Confirm Payment.
    5. Their status flips to Registered, and they get access.
