    Managing Registrations

    Once users register, they appear in your Participants table. You can manage their lifecycle here.

    Status Types

    • Registered: Active and approved. Can access content.
    • Pending: Awaiting approval or payment confirmation.
    • Cancelled: Access revoked.

    Actions

    Click the three dots next to any participant to:

    • Resend Invite: If they claim they didn't get the welcome email.
    • Cancel Registration: Remove their access to the event.
    • Confirm Payment: Manually switch a user from "Pending" to "Paid" if you received money offline.
