    How it Works

    • Email Notifications: If a user is offline, they receive an email summary of unread messages so they never miss an update.
    • File Sharing: You can share documents, images, and code snippets directly in the chat window.

    Look for the Message Icon in your sidebar or top navigation bar. A red dot indicates unread messages.
