Setting Up Your Organization
Before you launch your first event, you need to configure your organization's core settings. Go to Settings in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
1. Platform Configuration
This is where you define your public identity.
- Platform Name: This name appears on your browser tab and emails (e.g., "Acme Academy").
- Support Email: The email address learners should contact if they have issues.
- Description: A short bio about your organization that appears on public pages.
2. Branding (Coming Soon)
We are rolling out features to let you upload your Logo and set Brand Colors. Once enabled, these will replace the default Kyoraq branding on your registration pages and learner dashboard.
3. Storage Configuration
You can choose where your files (videos, PDFs) are stored. By default, Kyoraq handles this, but Enterprise plans can configure AWS S3 or Cloudinary buckets directly in the 'Storage' tab for complete data sovereignty.
